Many of our clients come to us with an initial idea or design concept. Together, we refine and develop it further, ensuring that decoration, packaging, and brand work cohesively. We are therefore also happy to actively support you in the design and development of your artwork.

Decorating customer-supplied bottles is generally possible. However, machine setup adjustments are needed, as each bottle may have different dimensions and properties.

During this process, a certain reject rate may occur, for example due to breakage or setup waste. We are happy to review all technical details in advance to ensure the process is as efficient and reliable as possible.

Before series production begins, a colour proof is always performed. This ensures that the colour, opacity, and overall appearance meet your expectations precisely. Production only starts once you give formal approval, providing maximum assurance of appearance, quality, and brand impact.

Combining different printing and finishing techniques is generally possible. For example, screen printing can be paired with hot foil stamping, or coatings can be combined with printing, to create unique visual and tactile effects.

The technical feasibility and economic viability of specific combinations depend on the design, quantities, and desired result. We are happy to provide individual guidance and suggest the best options for your project.

For the best print quality, we recommend using vector-based files such as PDF, AI, or EPS.

The minimum order quantity depends on the chosen process. Digital printing is ideal for smaller runs and offers high flexibility, while conventional printing methods are more cost-effective for larger volumes. We are happy to advise you on the solution that best fits your needs.

Once the design, decoration process, and quantities are finalised, we provide a customized quotation. Your print data is then reviewed, and a colour proof is created. Full production begins only after your formal approval.
