1. Terms of Payment and Delivery

Prices are subject to change and are valid for online orders at www.kefla.de only. Prices do not include VAT (to be added), are strictly net, and ex warehouse at 55411 Bingen.  Minimum merchandise order is €100. Orders totaling less than €100 will be subject to a €25 small-order surcharge.

Orders will be processed only against cash in advance and dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. All payments are to be made in Euros.

2. Packaging, Shipping, and Freight Charges 

Unless otherwise agreed upon, choosing type of packaging and shipping will be left to the Seller’s discretion. All orders are shipped by parcel service/forwarding company at Purchaser’s risk and are subject to freight charges. Freight charges depend on shipment weight and transportation distance. Any shipping pallets and plastic layer pads used will be charged to the Purchaser. CPT (carriage paid to) returns thereof will be refunded immediately. However, damaged pallets and plastic layer pads will not be accepted. 

The merchandise may be picked up by the Purchaser upon prior arrangement – in this event, no shipping charges will apply.

3. Complaints and Rejections

Visible damage to packaging shall be endorsed by the carrier. Hidden defects require immediate notification, no later than within 3 days after receipt of the merchandise and prior to the merchandise being passed on to a third party. 

Refunds will not be made until the rejected goods are received at the Bingen warehouse.  Returns shall be free of charge to the Seller. 

In the event that a complaint is justified, Purchaser shall only be entitled to a discount commensurate with the decrease in value. Further claims, particularly for cancellation of order or for damages, shall be excluded.  

Seller shall not be held liable for bottle breakage.

4. Other

Placing an order implies agreement to our General Terms and Conditions. Other terms and conditions that have not been explicitly agreed upon in writing shall be non-binding even if not expressly disagreed with.  

5. Place of Performance and Venue  

Place of performance of delivery and payment shall be Bingen. Venue for all legal relationships arising from the business relation shall also be Bingen.
